I just returned this when a £2 5 minute survey turned up wasn't sure the app would work on my outdated phone anyway lol
Was tempted to hit complete as I'm sure I had waited over 20 minutes for the email.:(0 -

If nothing else you can at least do it when it is convenient for you though, rather then hanging on....it'll be a bit cheeky for them to have you waiting and then still have a 1 hour activity. They need to realise people are sat waiting for them.Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

Maybe the purpose is to do the study while annoyed at waiting so long for the email
Oh and plus you now need to rush to finish it on time :eek:0 -
Completion time now down to 8 mins. think everyone must be completing it while waiting for link. Will do same as you mike.0

I also didn't like how it stated the data would be used for "research and other purposes". Would like those purposes specified!
I used my prolific email address rather than my private, and when I finally got an email through, the message was blank, no download link, or anything else for that matter.0 -
It's one annoyance after another with it.
Got the email, downloaded the app, says to sign in using the email they sent the link to...but provide no password!!
You can't create an account as the email address is already recognized as registered! My LBM May 2017, DH LBM July 2017- Total Debt (not Including Mortgage) £46444.23 £40773.61 /£46444.23 87.8% paid0 -

Pretty sure thats quite standard. I dont really care what they do with the results from surveys or trials I do....the bigger concern is whether the app takes any other data on your phone. As theres nothing really on my phone at the minute (other then texts from companies wanting money) - Im not over fussed, but it is right to be wary.
Mind you....they cant even work out how to send an email by the look of it, let alone disguise a trojan horse as an app :rotfl:Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

Also had the MindX study but returned it after a long wait just to get a blank email and the site being so slow a snail could outpace it.0
