is anyone else having issues logging in on pc/laptop? i used to get the rrror 500 looks like we are having issues sporadically but now i cannot sign it via pc/laptop at all, i'm getting that error every single time.
i can sign in using my mobile phone no issues but obviously not all survey are phone friendly.
Also i have no idea why this issue is occurring so if anyone can shed some light

I've had sporadic problems as well, which I've reported to Prolific. They said they were aware of the issue and were fixing it soon.

Is anyone else having any issues with Circle pay?
Trying to tranfer money to my bank account and it keeps failing. The details are correct and there's no issues with my bank account but the messages from Circle are saying the problem is with the bank.
I've not transferred money before but it all seems to be set up ok and the verification codes are fine. I'm baffled.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    Hi all,

Just a quickie really. I haven't been doing prolific very long but have done the occasional survey (though not many seem to have popped up? Do they not get many?). I just wondered if there was a way to be automatically notified if a survey is on there? I know it says at the bottom of the screen that 'studies will appear here automatically' but I don't have it up on my screen all day long lol Maybe I should!

Also, as I'm quite new to the whole surveys thing if anyone knows the answer to this too that would be great. I see on quite a few of them that it says things like filling in of all of your profile will result in more surveys coming through to you. I was just wondering if this was the case.

    TIA

    :-)

I use the 'Prolific Assistant' extension on Chrome. It audibly announces automatically when there is a survey available. :)

It only works on Google Chrome browser. Just search for 'Prolific Assistant' in their browser extension marketplace. :)

    Found it thanks.

Anyone know if there are any similar survey sites to Prolific? The surveys seem much more interesting with them being academic.

Does that still work? I thought it had stopped working several months ago. Mine did anyway and has a constant ERR error message in red. I've spent hours googling the problem and trying all kinds of suggested fixes but to no avail. I've also repeatedly tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension.

Since it stopped working I have to check manually throughout the day. As a result I'm only getting a few surveys a month now, whereas when the extension was working I'd get a few per week :(

I set mine to check every 60 seconds (faster gets an error). I also have to have a Prolific Academic tab open constantly, otherwise I get an ERR.

Edit: I also have to remove/reinstall the extension once a month too...
