I seem to have 10 completed surveys all with valid completion codes but wrongly stuck in “returned” rather than “awaiting review”. Anyone else had this problem?

Need to be using an ipad to complete it - so I had to pass :(

Bit late, but you didn't miss anything - this one was torture. Took an average of 24 minutes to complete as well! I've complained, first to the researcher and now to Prolific, because I'm petty like that (but honestly, £1.50 for 24 minutes work and basically installing an app is not ok, and I can't get researcher get away with stuff like that.)
    Original mortgage: December 2017, £203,495
    MFW start: April 2018, £201,800
Mortgage neutral: September 2022, mortgage redeemed: December 2022
New house, new mortgage: December 2022, £276,007
Current balance: £217,800 minus £8,300 overpayment savings pot

This was my complaint a few weeks back regarding poll/research companies in general.

All poll/research companies should be subject to the National Minimum Wage.

If they don't employ you, they don't need to pay you minimum wage. But they shouldn't lure you in by understating completion time.

I agree, however, Prolific have always been refreshingly forthcoming and upfront about completion times and pay rates IMO. Sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience.

Oh, I have no doubt they will sort it out. I've had this happen only twice before (out of 200 studies, I should add), and both times bonus payments were issued to make up for the difference.

Edited to add: Not just to me, but to all participants in those studies.
