wow, I've had the page open all day and haven't had this one pop up!

There are 200 places in the previous study, they are likely looking for a specific demographic, therefore the chances for this are not high. I get...2-3 maybe a year which are around that amount - of which one I am in now with the co-worker study.

Patience, they will come. In the meantime, 1-2 studies a day are par for the course I find - the amount you get for those....well weve done some comparison of earnings for some long term posts on here and it seems the average is around £1.30ish a survey. I have 892 approved surveys worth £1191 - others are similar.

Hi, I'm relatively new to Prolific (signed up about 2-3 weeks ago), and was just wondering if it is normal to not get any studies for ages?
I had about 16 in my first two days and thought I was on a roll, but in the 2 or more weeks since then I've only had 2 - do other people find this too? Do they only put studies on your page if they know that you already fit the demographic they want?

16 in 2 days is way way over par - its normal to get 1 or 2 per day, but do not forget you might not be online when they appear - therefore its good to have the assistant or tab open all the time.

Yes that is correct, if you fit the demographic you will see the survey. You will never be screened, though I do find there are more attention checks then other surveys - so pay attention!
