Chrisv, may I ask if you have received any response, even an automated one, to your ticket yet? That seems to have fallen by the wayside these days; I have had no acknowledgement of the tickets I have raised for quite some time.

No acknowledgement at all Smodlet. In fact I may have submitted two support tickets. I doubted myself doing it correctly when I didn't get a response to the first, so I submitted again.

You and me both. This sucks.

Me neither. I cannot say I have ever heard of a bonus "stuck in prolifics system" before.

That was the name of the £18 one. I should watch that space, Chrisv. It was too much all in one go, maybe he has split them up.

My £6 has only just been paid today. No notification email but I see my balance has increased by £6 since this morning. It must relate to the clothing study I guess, although can't see that specifically stated anywhere on my account.

I have found that, if you hover over the lower amount, a little flaggy-ticket thing appears with "Bonus" written on it. Talk about complicating things for the sake of it. Still no sign of the sick cephalopod. Not impressed. :(

Still no £6 here. I wonder if PA are doing this to try to identify us; MSE is mentioned in their blurb. Sharp practice if they are... PA, if you are reading this, that is not a compliment.

No bonus yet, but what do you mean mentioned in their blurb?

I really can't imagine why it would matter to them about matching people from MSE and getting surveys - as long as they are being filled in correctly. I cannot imagine they have someone sitting in their office trying to match a payment to a username - in the real world, who knows, maybe I am not even Mike? Maybe Mike is short for Michelle? There are way too many ifs and buts AND given I have 745 approved studies, I would imagine this is all the evidence they will ever need about my sincerity when doing surveys. However I would like to be paid money that is due...

I remember Ms. Damer's reaction when I mentioned "social media" in a query once. She jumped on me from a great height, "I hope you're not discussing surveys" etc. She was extremely aggressive and unreasonable, imo. She seemed horrified we would dare to talk to each which, considering she began PA by finding participants on FB, was somewhat hypocritical of her, don't you think?

Just because I'm paranoid does not mean they are not watching us, Michellep. ;)

If you go into their blog from your account by clicking on the arrow next to your initials in the top, right corner, it's in there somewhere, on FB, I think. I have just had a quick flick but cannot find it right now. I didn't dream it, though.

ETA: No bonus for me yet, either. This is beyond a joke. Have you emailed them Michaela? They are ignoring me, no response and no payment. I feel like putting that on FB but I can't stand the thought of sinking to that level.
