I've had an email from support to say the bonuses were paid on Friday. It definitely wasn't showing as a paid bonus on the study yesterday and I can't get to my laptop at the moment to check. The site won't let me look on my phone.
Were they ****! I have had no email so PA are not being at all consistent, are they?

My balance has just gone up by £6 but nothing is showing against the Clothing Study or anywhere else. I reckon the back-ender broke it. Anyone else been paid?
Yep, my bonus was paid this morning too. No note next to the survey. However, I suppose the bonus could have been marked next to any of the surveys. I'm not going to look through to find out though!0 -

Yep, it's there now. It wasn't when I sent them the arsey support ticket yesterday though. How am I meant to know what's been paid if they don't update their system properly!All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I am glad you raised that ticket, elsien. They need to know their system is not working properly (if that is the case) or that someone in their organisation (hah!) is swinging the lead. I believe Tina when she says she paid that money the same day she paid us for the last part of the study so why were we not paid the bonus on the same day?
At the very least, they have had the benefit of 400-odd x £6 for up to 5 days and the interest thereon. At worst, there is some dishonesty in the mix. Why are they not even acknowledging tickets, let alone responding to them? Not good enough.0 -

This thread is for Prolific Academic surveys only. Suggest you try one of the cashback sites or google "vouchers". Have a look around the site. There is a link for supermarket vouchers under the Shopping tab, I believe.0
