Thanks for the update, elsien. It's only taken them 5 days to pay us! Disgraceful.

Yep, my bonus was paid this morning too. No note next to the survey. However, I suppose the bonus could have been marked next to any of the surveys. I'm not going to look through to find out though!

Now the £6 is showing as a bonus in the Clothing Study. This back ender is causing havoc, ask me. Time to rein him in, methinks.

I have the prolific tab open, but so often now when I go to have a look at it is has timed out.

Get this back end developer to sort this out

Mine is showing too. Good that it is in but lots of unnecessary messing around.

Now what I want is a 1-minute £100 survey about noodles. I dont see any problem here?

No email to confirm the bonus, no reply from support but pleased to say the bonus is in my account! Sack the back-ender!

Yep, it's there now. It wasn't when I sent them the arsey support ticket yesterday though. How am I meant to know what's been paid if they don't update their system properly!

I am glad you raised that ticket, elsien. They need to know their system is not working properly (if that is the case) or that someone in their organisation (hah!) is swinging the lead. I believe Tina when she says she paid that money the same day she paid us for the last part of the study so why were we not paid the bonus on the same day?

At the very least, they have had the benefit of 400-odd x £6 for up to 5 days and the interest thereon. At worst, there is some dishonesty in the mix. Why are they not even acknowledging tickets, let alone responding to them? Not good enough.

This thread is for Prolific Academic surveys only. Suggest you try one of the cashback sites or google "vouchers". Have a look around the site. There is a link for supermarket vouchers under the Shopping tab, I believe.
