What I really dislike about the new site (amongst a long list of things) is that I have had several surveys that allow me to reserve a place but when I click on the go to survey link I'm told its full or the survey has been withdrawn and I have to "return it" on PA which means I now have several "returned" in my subnissions list and I don't know if that affects my scores.

I queried the "returned" ones like that with PA and they said it would have no impact on my score. Should be OK for you too I expect.

I think this "reserve place" thingy is purely to give us 10 minutes to read the blurb instead of having to do that and the study in the allocated time. Do you notice the clock ticking down as soon as you first click on the study is always for 10 minutes, guys?

I think, if you don't click on Start before that 10 minutes expires, you will miss the study and I have had some where I took 10 seconds to read and still missed out on a place. In practice, it is no different from the old site in that way except it is misleading. At least we knew it was fastest finger first on the old site. I think it still is.

PA have, imo, misrepresented the reserve place "facility" as it facilitates nothing... Unless you know differently. It may have worked for those beta-testing it as there were far fewer participants using the new site then so far less competition for places.

Still no £6. It is now nearly 48 hours since Tina sent the money. Does anyone out there do Facebook? If so, could you please tell us if this is being discussed on there too? They might actually take some notice of Fb. TIA.

Has anyone else contacted PA about our missing £6? I am thinking of writing to Tina again to tell her they are still jerking us around but do not want PA to close my account out of spite.

Mine was paid yesterday, so I would say it's definitely worth contacting them to see why you haven't been paid.

I had a look on their fb page and couldn't see any posts about all the £6s that've gone AWOL. I'm the same as you and don't want to risk my account so haven't contacted PA either.

Whilst I had a little nose at their FB feed I noticed that they've employed a new "backend developer". Hopefully he'll be sorting out all the 500 errors then :D:D:D

ETA - Joe has just paid my bonus :)

Oh, trust me for that; seems it always has to be me who wears the stones for everyone else...

OK, please tell me again just where you can see the bonuses because I really can't. There is no word "bonus" on my account. Thanks, you two, really.

ETA: Found it! Joe has paid my princely bonus and I definitely have not been paid the £6 for the clothing study.

I got an email to confirm it was paid, then in submissions it has the study, the usual payment next to the date/time and the bonus payment amount underneath?
