Perhaps they have a problem with people using more than one IP address. Have you asked them?
I use more than one IP address- home and work- and it doesn't seem to cause a problem. I did avoid doing any studies while on holiday abroad this year though as that caused me issues last year.0 -

Yes that one was a bonus and he had another £2.50 one up this morning. there seem to be a few studies around at the moment- maybe the Prolific algorithm is working in our favour at the moment.0 -

On another note has anyone just received an email from that Traffic symbols one that wouldn't load? They are asking people to return it and offering to pay a "bonus" of £3 because they did not receive the data due to their technical issues. I will not be returning it because my work has been approved and I have been paid the £5; I have a completion code so don't think they have a leg to stand on in my case.
I did manage to complete it with about a microsecond to spare so it really is their problem since they should have received my data.0 -
Did anyone do the 'Survey on new symbols in a traffic context' recently which paid £5? Mine was accepted and I have received payment but I have just received a message to say they had a problem with their software and server and no answers were received so only a partial payment of £3 will be made! Also was asked to 'return' the survey but I can't as I have been paid :mad:0
