We don't actually receive payment in dollars, we receive it in pounds sterling via Paypal - and that is how I have reported it for several tax returns, with no problems. Also, I report what I actually receive during the tax year, not what I earn but have not yet withdrawn (but I do report what I earned the previous year but didn't withdraw until the current year).0

Prolific report what you've earned, not what you've chosen to withdraw.
I didn’t cash anything out in the tax year, will you still report any information on me?
We will be reporting earnings based on the approved responses in each quarter of the calendar year. i.e. at the point the money is available in your Prolific account. That is because these funds are held under trust and belong to you from that point in time so even if you chose not to cash them out, you have earned that money within the year. What period are you reporting on and when?
We will be reporting on your earnings for the calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). The reporting typically happens in the following year by 31st January.Taken from:

I had some AI video studies again today. Hopefully this means I'm back in the cycle.0

New type of AI study up for me today. Good pay, multiple submissions and the tasks aren't too boring.0

There seem to be loads of studies now that want your mobile phone number. There's 5 studies I can view at the moment, but none of them appeal due to various reasons.Make £2025 in 2025

I don't like handing out my mobile number. Prolific provide us with a Prolific email address so that we don't have to disclose our personal address - why do they expect us to disclose our personal phone number?0

I recently completed my first study, which pays by an Amazon voucher; it's currently showing as awaiting review. Has anyone else had this type of payment? If yes, how does it work?0

Only had that once, it was part of the study to buy an item and then answer a further survey on it. I had an email to my prolific email address with an Amazon gift card code.serena9 said:I recently completed my first study, which pays by an Amazon voucher; it's currently showing as awaiting review. Thanks, I worded my post badly, it's far from my first study, but the first to be paid by voucher. I'll wait and see what happens. I only took the study because the subject is important to me; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bothered. I'll update when I know more.1
