I see quite a few tasks on DA at the moment that pay better than Prolific but the work is harder and you have to wait a week to get paid. I need to try force myself to do some though because the work won't always be there.0

Typically there were a few of the hour long AI studies around today when I couldn't do them!
I've had a good month on DA - there's been work pretty much anytime I've sat down to do some. I'm getting my head around which projects I like as well. One issue I do have is that some of the better paying ones just take too long - I rarely have a 3 hour window I can guarantee being able to work and much prefers shorter ones that I can squeeze in when I have an hour to spare, even if they don't pay as well.0 -
Yes I agree, some take a while, others I just find really boring! I try and keep up the work on there though and it's nice to know there's work there during the quiet Prolific times.0

I really like the new one hour AI studies on Prolific. I hope we get more of them.0

I missed them again! I saw them earlier but couldn't commit an hour, and by the time I could there weren't any on my dash!0

Same! I've had a few of those, seem to be back on the 15 minute ones again this evening.snowwhyte said:I really like the new one hour AI studies on Prolific. I hope we get more of them.0 -
I haven't had the 15 minute ones in quite a while unfortunately. I wish I had them back.0

I'm getting close to the £1K earnings for this calendar year, which I understand Prolific will report for tax purposes. I'm likely to go over the £1K, and probably will be also on April to April earnings. Can anybody please advise if the dollar figures need reporting on Self Assessment as foreign income? I have only kept records of the sterling amounts after they've been paid through Paypal.Make £2025 in 2025

I’ve used the £ equivalent. I’ve cashed out from PayPal to my bank account. Stomaching the awful exchange rate in the process. I’ve never thought of considering it foreign income just because it is paid in dollars. I’ve still earned it in the UK. Never considered otherwise, but happy (sort of) to be corrected.Slinky said:I'm getting close to the £1K earnings for this calendar year, which I understand Prolific will report for tax purposes.
