They do pop in and out super quickly. I'm not sure if it's people grabbing the studies or issues with the studies. There can be hundreds of places available and then a minute later the studies disappear.0

More video studies up this morning. I caved and ordered a new screen so I expect all the video studies will disappear once I'm finally ready to give them a go next week.0

I did some of these AI videos today, I must have had one batch that were all rejects because the videos were all awful. Made my eyes go funny 😵💫1 -
Ongoing cashout problems

Am trying to cashout as I won't be participating in future. I know id is required for the 'onboarding' process but on My Account page it only asks for basic name address etc, and everything is filled in and nothing is flagged up as required. However I have the message 'there was an issue registering you with our payment processor'.
Customer services just said this would be because I hadn't cashed out since the move to Hyperwallet in 2024, and to check my paypal address and also set it to accept USD. I've done all this and left plenty of time since but no dice.
Been back onto CS but they are now not getting back to me at all, any tips as to what else might be wrong? Thanks a lot.0 -

Yes, it lists that as the only payment method in My Account with my correct PayPal address which is ticked as linked ok. The error message I quoted is right at the top of that page.
On my Balance page it just says "Sorry, it looks like we're experiencing some issues with cashouts at the moment. Please contact our support team so they can look into this further for you", but I assume the one about not being able to link me to the payment processor is the relevant one, based on what CS said.

My new screen arrived but I had issues installing it so sticking with the old one for now. I installed an extension to resize my screen and was able to access one of the AI video tasks but it was an audio task anyway so I don't know if that made a difference.0
