Is that 56 days from the original ticket on the car? And then once is past that day I can do my appeal because as you say they have fell into the trap, no NTK sent to me

56 days from the day after the parking event. But don't miss your POPLA deadline as you wait for 56 days to expire. POPLA takes precedence if the two dates are very close.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • 56 days from the day after the event, gotcha
I haven’t received anything so seems to Be going as planned

The appeal will be where I struggle but will give it my best and try and get the relevant bits from the newbie thread in there
  • My response didn’t register here

Yes falling into our trap coupon mad!
I haven’t received anything to that’s good news, apart from the email stating my appeal to them (parkwatch) has been declined.

So I need to appeal to popla 56 days from the day after the event, I will do my best copying the relevant info from the newbie thread. That will be the hard part!

No, you need to appeal to PoPLA 28 days after being notified that your initial appeal failed.

Which is why Umkomaas made the point not to overlook your PoPLA appeal deadline whilst waiting for a non-appearing NtK.

It should all be about right, timing wise, if you played the game by appealing on day 26.

You are not listening...you asked how long a POPLA code will work. I've done hundreds!

Day 33 is the limit. Believe me. Don't push it, you should not need to.

Yes, POPLA say 28 days - irrelevant.
