Thank you, what can I use if I’ve already paid PE? Is my covering letter ok to send alongside this form? Also if they sign this what Else along with the consent form
Do I need to submit to court? Thank you0 -

Hello everyone, so parking eye have responded and signed the consent order. I called Northampton county court to ask what’s the next procedure and I was told to email them the consent form and make the payment alone with supporting documents. When I asked them what kind of supporting documents he just said anything to prove your case, a letter from the neighbours telling the court that they received my letter and sent it to me late ??im confused, what can I send to support my case? Also my neighbours don’t know what letter it was how can they send this letter, and I don’t necessarily want them to know. Any ideas? I thought I’d just send a covering letter explaining. I was also told it’s not necessarily the judge will agree to set aside, I thought it would be easy after receiving a consent letter from parking eye. Is this not the case? Also the procedure he said could take 2-4 months 😱anyone please help what should I do? Thanks0

Yes but what about a letter from someone else in your household, signed and dated under a statement of truth, corroborating your own witness statement (statement of truth on yours as well, not just a 'letter' but a formal Witness Statement). Easy to Google for one.I thought I’d just send a covering letter explaining.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you I will google that, is this normal? Is evidence usually required? And if so is this sufficient or do
I need something else too? Thanks0 -
Yes it's normal to prove that you didn't get the claim form, and would have defended it or settled it at the time, if you had. The Judge will want evidence that you are not just 'credit cleansing' but actually never got that claim form in time.
