Not so, because the risk will then be the HSE will get involved. That means awkward questions fielded to the home owner and the risk of the homeowner being prosecuted.
It is only a matter of time before the HSE comes down hard on home owners. The days of turning a blind eye and saying "I know nuthin" are in the past.0 -
