I don't know much about the benefits but there's child benefit which I think anyone can get? (As you say you're not claiming any benefits)
Will you be going for full or shared custody? If your Hubby does lose his job, he will have plenty of time to look after his kids

Please don't trivialise this. My son refuses to get in any long term relationship because of the way both his father & paternal grandfather behaved as he worries that he may let down any child in the same way & he wasn't much older when it happened. He was a lot older when he found out.0 -
Just wanted to let you know PeppaCoin that I can empathise, some great advice/suggestions on the boards from members.
I cannot add anything about benefits, but you will get through this, hard to imagine as you are so raw and overwhelmed at the moment.
