Market state for selling

Ignore the rantings of Crashy.
He sold up and moved into a rented room in the mid 90s, waiting for the crash that never came.
Now he's single, still renting and in his mid 50s. What a catch for the ladies!
He has stopped posting on the Debate house prices board, as they rip him to pieces
Got up early to post today I see

For an aging single man renting a bedsit in Scotland, you have a real knack for rooting out obscure and poorly written articles on the London property market0 -
Not sure if you are still looking for advice, but the house is on for far too much, I live in Aylesbury and have been looking into properties in Leighton buzzard, MK etc. and from what I have seen you can get a decent new build 3 bed for far less than yours in currently listed for. Plus whoever buys your property will likely have to factor in renovation costs.
On the property search sites they usually do budget in 25k chunks, so putting it on for £325,000 will make sure more people see the result, as you will have to rely on people putting their max budget at £350,000 to see your property.0 -

Do you consider any article that isn't Daily Express/Daily Mail style ramping and glorying in (past) rampant house price inflation to be ''obscure and poorly written''??0 -
