...But it doesn't mean your wrong!0 -
Hi,
You definitely aren't wrong. I have a friend that works in one of the large Tesco 24hour stores and they were instructed to remove these items until after the exchange has finished. It was the Store Manager who requested this so I cannot say as to whether it is a directive for all stores or just individual managers trying to gain brownie points.
It may be worth complaining to the store and kicking up a stink, you never know they may mysteriously appear........0 -
I am yet to receive my vouchers - bit annoying as I usually get them later than everyone else and so have less time to use them....computer is usually broken down when i want to exchange them too!0

Are there any Tesco stores which haven't removed the below 24" TV's. I called into Tesco Cumbernauld tonight and surprise, surprise there were none (and there were masses last week). A very "helpful" SA suggested there would be no new stock arriving until 7th December.
I guess there is nothing to stop me exchanging the vouchers, doing it online and ordering for instore collection? I'd do it just to prove a point:D0 -
Anybody know if it definately has to be 'finest wine' ? as the exclusion only states:
Beers, ciders, spirits, alcopops, fortified wines (sherry, port, vermouth)
Hampers & gift packs0 -

Thats exactly what I would do as well. Play them at their own game.
Have just ordered a load of toys to be delivered to store for pick up as didnt want to risk not getting what I wanted0 -
Hi Guys
I work for Tesco (but I'm not biased honestly!) and can assure you there's been no directive issued to remove TV's under 26". Tesco Direct have loads anyway, so you could always order there.
I'd speak to the store manager or call customer services if the TV's have been removed, as it doesn't sound right, or fair to me!
Hope that helps?0 -
Wonder if anyone could advise - bought a mobile phone in store today using 2x vouchers- didn't realise it didn't have wifi therefore would like to return it.. How would I get refunded - would the vouchers be returned to me?0
