    I'm feeling more confident now. I do indeed have the same Jack signature on my WS so have got that bit sorted to bring up at the start of the hearing.

    Just getting my head around the CRA 2015 bit now.

    Well done you. When you get back down to earth, could you give us a short court report please? What happened, did they field an advocate, how did he/she perform, what did the Judge say, etc ......

    Did the Judge take any interest?

    In any case, we need more examples of that signature to be emailed to the SRA this week, as they are investigating that VERY issue, this week:

    Please send an SRA complaint email today, with a copy of their template 'Jack Chapman' Witness Statement while it is fresh in your mind, then put it all behind you!

    Please do this, just copy & adapt the one I wrote there and use the SRA ref, and the same heading and send it to the same Investigating Officer. You would just need to change the bit about imminent court case' to saying that you won in court today but are still very angry about the scam operated by what looks like a cartel, adding £60 they cannot recover, using a WS written by Gladstones and probably never seen/signed by the 'witness'.

    And WELL DONE!
