Pappa - We just write the details of the vehicle down on a sheet of paper thats next to the security desk and then someone from Wages puts this into the system. Paper is no longer there though, I assume its thrown away when full.
Quentin - HR manager is on Long Term Sick. Also, I'm not a union member
so does the wages department deny getting this sheet of paper?
and how the hell can a sheet of paper stop an ANPR ticket? as the "whitelist" bay not be updated for several days or even not at allSave a Rachael

Wages just said if it was on the sheet it would have been put in the system - this is the level of competence I'm dealing with, so I'm not holding out much hope with the store manager.0

hope you have got that in print , the fact that they handle the "whitelist" and are incompitant is not your fault
that single piece of paper could scupper the claim completelySave a Rachael

So, they must keep the sheets, in case of such issues? They have been negligent either way.
Luckily, you said it's:
...who do issue court claims but are the easiest to beat; they always discontinue. EVERY TIME.Civil Enforcement

Your signature is misleading posters to do the wrong thing, just like a PPC poster would. This is unfair, and designed to make NEWBIES lose against PPCs, why would any poster here do that? Posters here believe you have an ulterior agenda, and you showed that when you posted that you knew about a court claim in 2017 where Barry Beavis represented the victim (a DPA case that wasn't in the public domain).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the glimmer of hope, the PCN's are currently at £236 EACH. Considering I get around £50 after tax per shift, it's quite a lump if I'm forced to pay. How do I get them to discontinue? Would it be them that took me to court, or would it be this QDR company? Also, if it went to court, would a judge side with me considering I was in work at the time?
Thanks for taking the time to reply0 -
Why would you not identify the driver if it wasn’t you? It fully discharged that PCN from RK liability, why should the RK have to deal with a PCN that they haven’t even had anything to do with? Let the person who driven the car deal with it! It’s clearly the Money Saving option so it is frustrating for me to understand why others do not see it. Instead the advice seems to be spend loads of time researching about PCN’s and writing massive appeals. It just doesn’t seem right when the driver can be doing this work. It also helps if it goes to court and the judge asks “who was driving”.Coupon-mad wrote: »So, they must keep the sheets in case of such issues? They have been negligent either way.

But thanks for being respectful instead of abusing me like some others do.If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0 -
the store manager can get them cancelled. Don’t worry about anything else for now. Speak to him or her first and then come back if you haven’t been successful. Thanks for the glimmer of hope, the PCN's are currently at £236 EACH. umm , because this is pre POFA2102 and there was no obligation IN LAW to name the driver
please , please go back to reading , even if its the beano ,
PS: in this case its flucking obvious who the driver was , the guy that drove thu the entrance , and signed the security sign in sheet , whilst at the same time stating a different VRN numberSave a Rachael
