QDR letters after parking at work!

Long story short, I got 5 (FIVE!) PCN's sent to my address after parking on the carpark at the Tesco where I work. I wrote to them, replying to the 5 letters individually, explaining the situation that I work there, I had given my new reg in to my manager like I had done the two times I'd got a new car previously, but they still sent me these. They said there was nothing they could do and that I had to write to POPLA. Did this, they came back and told me that the PCN's still stood. Wrote back to Civil Enforcement, explaining that the £60 fine was more than what I earned in the shifts that I worked at the time of PCN's. They wrote back explaining they would go further, so I replied saying I couldn't afford to pay the whole £300 and could I set up a payment plan, they wrote back and said it wasn't possible. Just after this I had a letter saying they had removed one of the PCN's. Progressed onto ZZPS, which I ignored, and I've received 3 letters today from QDR explaining that they will be moving onto legal action. Just looking for advice on what I need to do from here please. I've looked at the bits that relate to QDR on the Forums, but I'm unsure of what I need to do from this point, if anyone can help please.
Thanks

Haven't you got your employer to sort this,?
See the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum for advice on how to deal with court claims.
But please get on to your employer,!! Do you have a union to help?0 -
Spoke to my Manager, she said wages deal with it. I spoke to Wages, they said there is nothing they can do as they don't run the carpark0

If you’ve previously agreed to pay then you’ll likely be viewed as an easy target. I’m also not sure if you have technically admitted liability by doing so?
I’m sure your employer can get these all cancelled. But you need to take all of your notices into work and speak to the relevant manager. There was a post on Facebook last year from a person who got their Tesco Personnel manager involved to cancel a PCN. So that might be a good start. If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0 -
ok WHO did you tell that you had a change of vehicle , was this verbal , by email or even by postSave a Rachael
buy a share in crapita0 -
Escalate to a senior or HR
Are you a union member?0 -
They have told you lies, and got you to go to POPLA with the same defence knowing it would fail!
You are dealing with lying scammers have you read the newbies thread at the top of the forum?
IF it's Tesco's land it's Tesco's that engaged these Muppets, the clue is in the signage!0 -
Pappa - We just write the details of the vehicle down on a sheet of paper thats next to the security desk and then someone from Wages puts this into the system. Paper is no longer there though, I assume its thrown away when full.
Quentin - HR manager is on Long Term Sick. Also, I'm not a union member0 -
Looks like it’s time to speak to the store manager then.If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0

Will speak to him tomorrow, however I cant express how poorly run the store is so I don't hold much faith.
I did admit to it, but I was told to as I had to explain that I worked there. It's honestly a joke, each time I arrived at 04:55 and left at 12:05, who is going to be parking there at those times, each time, other than staff? Absolute scam0 -
Don’t take no for an answer from the store manager. He definitely has the power to sort it out. He may try to fob you off tomorrow as Saturday is a busy day in retail world. But stand your ground and make it clear how out of order this is.Will speak to him tomorrow, however I cant express how poorly run the store is so I don't hold much faith.

Good luck, you’ll get it sorted you just need to keep at it.If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0
