N Power (old rim liberty 100 meter problem)

Hi everyone, I’m on npowers online 2018 fixed electricity tariff. I live in a 1 bed apartment but my bills are 144 a month after billing and I give reads. Had anyone had a problem like this???

That E.On usage seems unfeasibly low. Were they using the actual smart reads ore were the estimating due to no reads available, smart metering is not infallible. The problem is we are getting snapshots which are not of much, they are showing low use in summer and high in winter which is quite normal. The big problem here is your day use. You need to do some hourly reads and see what is using it.
