    sign up at www.quidco.com

I think the Lovefilm offer has finished now...

quidco is by far the best cashback site - they pay twice as much as the others in most cases....

Dont use Lovefilm beyond their free trial
    They are the worst
slow turnaround. VERY poor customer service
They dont take kindly to customer complaints with their poor excuses and takeitorleaveit attitude.
I recommend to get what you can out of the free trial and leave
Remember to empty your list and returning all DVD's before cancelling
Get a proof of posting and wait till they have them back before the cancellation

  • I've been using Blockbuster for about 6 months now and so far they have been excellent

Warning …. Do not use this company..!!!

If you read my earlier post, you can see they took £20.00 from my account for dvds that I returned ‘late’ even though they had been posted in plenty of time and I had a prove of posting slip.

I have contacted trading standards but because:

i)The company is not listed at companies house
    ii) Has no telephone number
ii) Has only a PO address and no ‘proper’ address

Trading Standards can not do anything …..

Unless a lot of people contact them regarding the same company.

So if you have a complaint about them, please call the number below

London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Trading Standards, 60 Southern Grove, London E3 4PN
    Telephone: (020) 7364 6840 Fax: (020) 7364 6935

Ok - please be nice to me. I have seen all these DVD rental sites (in fact I've have emails about them), but never used them, because I don't really know what they are. Can someone please explain how these work? Do you get new DVDs sent? When do you have to send them back? How long do you have to have rental for? Etc, etc?
