Dont know what F1 clubland tv is.

The VIP bundle from Virgin ticks your boxes ?

Its £88 a month, ok so £3 a month over your top budget so sacrifice something elsewhere.

How badly do you want to watch the football, F1, play on the Xbox etc online ?

    Cashback isn;'t gauranteed.

Also if you are getting Multitoom with Virgin Media, then they need to run a coax cable to each box, unlike Sky Q where it connects over a wireless mesh - just to be aware

Only one of our V6 boxes is connected by cable, the other connects over wifi. Virgin installed it as a replacement for an old box that no longer supported certain channels. They were quite happy for it to be done over wifi.
