First year I got 50% off Family Bundle+Sky Sports HD
2nd year they could only give me 40% off Same bundle with Multi Room+Sky go.
3rd year they extended my deal for another 12 months

Always had Virgin Media 200MBS Fibre Last year changed to Vivid Always happy with the service.

XB1S/PS4 Pro/Sky Box/TV All connected Via Ethernet cable

Account is in my mums name, So if I went for Vip Bundle in my name would she have to call up and cancel her contract or do they do it Automatically?

Rung up and got an offshore call centre couldn't understand her at all.

Wanted to speak to someone english as easier to understand

You would have to cancel your mums account and then sign up in your name

    Ok thanks for that
  • Cashback isn;'t gauranteed.

Also if you are getting Multitoom with Virgin Media, then they need to run a coax cable to each box, unlike Sky Q where it connects over a wireless mesh - just to be aware

If its the same with how my box was done, he ran a cable round the side of the house, under the patiod door then up to my room and in through a hole he drilled.

Point out to him where you would like the box or in what corner it will be and he will run it outside the house. Speak to the guy when he comes, not had an issue with them.
