    MOORGATE BURY comes up time and time again on here, for UKPC and PE and these issues have all been raised before on here

    put those 2 words into the forum search box (drop down option from the banner) and you get loads of hits with useful information about contacts etc

    Just to give some feedback on the matter and close the thread...

    I contacted Matthew Whiteley at Savills following the advice from Redx and after two attempts he replied to the email saying that he had forwarded the appeal to ParkingEye.

    After 2+ weeks since that, having got no news from ParkingEye, I gave them a ring and they confirmed that the parking charge had been cancelled. I asked them to send me a letter confirming this, which I have received today !!!

    Thanks again to everyone who has helped me with this, in specially to Redx for providing contact details for the managing agent of the retail park.

    and complain like Donald to you MP.

    In both cases the PPC is trying to scam you and it is more than likely that, if either case went in front of a judge, he/she would throw it out.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
