How do I pay off a credit card?

Hi, I have credit cards I want to pay off but the cards have expired/I haven't got any more, how do I find out where to contact them, Do I get in touch with my bank?

Just make a payment through any of the methods on the statement.

They aren't. They may be electronic, not paper, but there are statements, unless you have no balance.

Or have you defaulted on the accounts?

Contact the card provider, get through the security (going to be fun !) and make a payment by debit card. Do you have the card number ? Do you actually know what the card was ?

No I haven't defaulted, I don't have the cards any more, I have an MBNA card, Nat West and Halifax.

Thank you molerat, I pay them every month by direct debit.

I don't bank with Nat West any more so can't get into my online banking to see how much I owe on the cards and pay them off.
I'm coming up against brick walls constantly.
