How do I pay off a credit card?

Hi, I have credit cards I want to pay off but the cards have expired/I haven't got any more, how do I find out where to contact them, Do I get in touch with my bank?

For Halifax the DD reference is the card number so you should be able to get on line access set up from that one.

Why, if you do not have on line accounts, are you not receiving paper statements ?
