we did get an offer of the similar price but rejected it as the wouldn't even negotiate a couple of k more... maybe we should consider but hanging on the hope that we could get nearer to what we want ...........0

Definitely get the photos done again.
Clean up the front paving slabs.
Turn the dining room into a dining room.
Remove the net curtain from the bedroom (pic 6). Is it actually meant to be yellow? My first though was that you must have been smoking in that room. A lot!
Is there a small stack of paving slabs in the back garden (pic 9)? Not very child friendly.
Draw the curtain in the second bedroom in line with the wardrobe (as someone else suggested).
HTH :-)0 -
all the bins are there in a row.. just cant see them0

I personally don’t like the fact there is no bath, that would be a deal breaker for me and I’m not keen on the massive wardrobe in the bedroom, it seems too big and looks like it’s blocking part of the window so it makes the room look a lot smaller.
Overall though for the price I think it’s a nice decent sized property!0 -
I should have gone to SpecSavers (other opticians are available).
Oh, hang on a minute..........0 -
You definitely need more styling and better, professional photos. The photos you have now are also taken from head height so they are peering down into the room, making the rooms look small and depressing. They need taking at hip height with a wide angle lens to make the rooms look more spacious.Save £12k in 2018 #130 - £1200/£7,0000

When I was buying a new house, anything listed as offers over I tended to avoid unless it was absolutely "the one" (lol) because I would have no idea what the price was in relation to my price banding and there is nothing more disheartening than to find that your so-called dream house is actually out of reach of your budget. Even if someone was interested at 130k, would they still be interested at your previous "Offers in the Region of" £139,950? Another form of listing that I hate and tended to avoid.
You've had the house listed for over 3 years at offers in the region of either £130k or £139,950 (I know that it could have been on and off the market in that time, but reality does not change what prospective buyers will see) all with the same agent - have you considered that they may not be working very hard at selling your house? Especially when you consider that several houses outwardly similar to yours has sold in that time. I'd say get a more motivated agent, preferably one that knows how to take photographs and stop playing all the "Offers in" games and just set a proper price.

Whenever I saw something advertised as offers over or similar I would either avoid. or ring the estate agent and ask for a price and avoid if I did not get one.
These sorts of nonsense are only useful for odd properties that are usually very expensive. Otherwise it just shouts fussy seller.0
