    I think the problem is with some naming - we've identified that on your phone, 'Cast' refers to casting to a Chromecast or similar - there are other ways to send video wirelessly, we just need to find out what BOTH your TV and phone support. As above, Miracast is out.
    How about WiFi Direct? As with a lot of things, manufacturers sometimes give their own branding often to this.
    But for example, on my TV, a Sony, I have the option in my list of TV inputs (it might say WiFi direct, it might say something else, but it'll be in amongst a list including HDMI1, HDMI2 etc).
    On my phone, a Samsung, but importantly, Android, it's called Screen Mirroring, and Smart View.
    Have a poke around in your phone and TV and see if you've got these features.
