    Completely unreliable.

Zoopla overestimated one of my houses by well over a hundred grand, and underestimated another by around a hundred grand.

None of these sites are accurate.

The fact that these sites can still exist just shows how out of touch people are with the value of money and property these days. When the correction comes this time it is going to be Biblical! :money:

Don't get the connection about how out of touch people are. Sometimes it (Zoopla and the like) overvalues, sometimes under. What's that got to do with people being out of touch?

Biblical? Oh holy one - what else doth thee predict... can you do lottery numbers too?

Of course there will be a bloody crash some time in the future. There always is. No need to claim you 'predicted' it several years in advance. Prices are still rising in the areas I look at regularly. Please change the record for a couple more years then come back...

And if you predict it TOO many years in advance, you didn't actually predict it at all.

If people can`t figure out that a house is 100k over or under priced then they are pretty out of touch, of course if it were any different the bankers could never have blown their property bubble. I think you must know that the areas you want to be "rising" are due a big correction though ;)

The apocalypse is coming... please go back to housepricecrash. A broken clock is right twice a day. Yes there will likely be a crash at some point in the future but thats like predicting day will come after night.

    Who's mentioned £100k?

I don't want any areas to be rising. No plans to move/sell - just done it. Would be happy if prices stayed the same for the next 10 years. Definitely not 'due a big correction' where I live. It's highly sought after - and more and more people are moving out of the East End and Essex to where I am. Always much demand for properties. That won't be changing any time soon.
