Starting again from scratch

Hi all,

First of all, I would like to say I have emailed the Forum Team as well, but in the meantime, has anyone else tried to log in to find that their username and email address are no longer registered and it's almost as if you never existed? I am a couple of weeks away from what should be my 10 year anniversary on these forums and granted, I've been relatively inactive of late but I still receive the weekly Money Tips email without any issue. I'm hoping I can get my old account back but I'm not sure what's left - I am going to search for posts under this name and see if there is anything!

Well, I managed to log into my old account but it still refuses to believe I am registered under this email address so I am still confused (not dot com)

Yes and no - I have not had a reply to my email and although I am getting emails from certain subscribed threads, I am told that I am not registered when I try and use my email address. But that shouldn't be an issue now.

Thanks Flickering Ember, it may be that your email's been escalated to me and I haven't reached it yet. As long as you're able to log in and post that's fine. I'll take a look on Monday if that's ok with you? Have a great weekend
