Thanks!!
After 14 years or so of reading/posting I think I would miss not having a diary. So I'll just carry on until it's deleted!
Great eating today and a quick peek at the scales shows I'm on track for not gaining and hopefully losing this week. Hydration good. Workouts and evening walks on the beach done - lovely.
Have been getting in better with students since fence gate. Today they were really quite sweet and cooked a signature dish from their country for us all for tea. Yummy.
Taught for 3.5 hours and managed to get student reports finished. Boys had a friend to play this afternoon and then i played a couple of games with them. I didn't really get much else done, I'd liked to have got some gardening done but definitely suffering for a mid afternoon energy slump!

Well I think I might have the cure for my mid afternoon slump, a cup of tea and a power nap. Felt awful when I woke up but had loads of energy to garden all afternoon!
Bathrooms cleaned and students rooms half ready (waiting for bedding to dry) for next two arriving tomorrow. Very nice to have the house to ourselves for a couple of days.
I was going to take the kids on a "day out" today but they didn't want to go..said they go out all the time with the students so they'd like to relax! Saved us some money and the deal was they had to entertain themselves all day, and they did!
Quite a lot of cleaning completed, also I've been a bit worried about the health of the hens but they looked much better today.
We are having a family night tonight with a takeaway for my birthday which is tomorrow, but I'm working tomorrow morning, grocery shopping then "working" when the students arrive in the afternoon.
Bought ds1s birthday presents. He wanted football boots and to dye his hair blonde! I'm all for originality but not sure about the hair! I put a little lemon juice on it this afternoonI bought a bargain bike for him £64 delivered and it's a new muddy f0x bike, hope he loves it! This will be from my mum and dad. The boots are from us. He would like a football kit from his other grandparents.
Also bought him some new free underwear with the myicepoints.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j
