:o:o hope thats okay, earthie.
I literally just got a new passport last week ... they say on the website you can take your own shot, sort of waist upwards kind of thing, and show examples. If you haven't got someone there who can take it, they say ask a neighbour. Well, I live on my own and didn't want to ask a neighbour, but I *did* want to get it done. So I experimented with my little point and shoot camera, found the right wall in the house that was flat and blank behind me (as long as I sat on the floor!) then had to relearn how to use the 10 second timer. I also used a four inch high tripod to balance my camera on the lid of a plastic crate. With four of you, Courgette, can you take each other's photo? 15p is good, and I didn't pay anything at all for mine. I was slightly worried about it being too fuzzy, but it was good enough.

I tried to go it online karma but I'd get all the way through the online renewal forms and in the very last page it would tell me I wasn't eligible for online renewal even though I am! Anyway it gave me s form to print out so I had no choice and had to post the photos in.
Hopefully it won't happen to you, but if it does here's how I did it for 15p from savethestudent.

Low carb, plenty of protein and no sugar = a very healthy way to eat that will ultimately save you money on healthcare. And hopefully reduce the aches and pains that come with age. Eating well will get you ahead of the game. Go girl!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Yesterday the community event was cancelled. Instead we watched a nature documentary did some craft and relaxed at home. I cooked a yummy tea out of what we had in. I got a bit more organised for my second job. It was a Nsd.
The house is pretty tidy as I managed to clean it during the week. Hopefully the snow will shift soon and the children can play outside.
Today I might take the children to church, we are going to watch a movie together and then we are going to mother-in-law's for tea.
Today I will also bulk cook meals and lunches for the week. I am really enjoying higher protein diet and feel so much fuller. To make this cheaper I will Make quinoa salad, book out with frozen veg and have vegetable sticks as snacks as these are cheap.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

So I have been getting a lot of tutoring work so should make £75 this week. I am keeping up with work and homework and kids clubs et cetera. The diet is going okay and only have 4 lb left to lose. My back is still a bit sore so I haven't been doing exercise but I'm planning a walk on the beach tomorrow. Work is okay bit boring at times.
Grocery shopping was £60 this week. Much higher than normal, about 5 pounds of this is because we have relatives coming to stay at the weekends. The only thing I can reduce his wine if H agrees to drink less.
I will look at this again. Although the diet is going well it is definitely costing. I have completed quite a lot of my to do list. The kids now have a scrapbooks with all of her pictures et cetera since being born! I'm in the process of updating our wills and also other documentation and I am making a life book which has information about our life to make it easier in the future this will all be stored in the safe.
I have been working more and I am truly pleased that things are looking okay at the moment. He is much more up for my holiday chat at the moment!
Money-saving football subscriptions for have gone down to £10 per month bargain.
I will look for ways to save on the grocery budget whilst still eating healthily (this week I am going to cook a whole chicken slow cooker and see if it lasts for three meals)
My new routines on a morning and afternoon are saving me time and making me feel more organised. This means that I can achieve more such as work on the business more.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

You sound like you're very on top of things!
Great savings on football and good news about the tutoring too. Perhaps see this as offsetting the food spend - the diet is obviously working for you, so it's worth it, isn't it?
