The TSB T&C do look very good. What I don't understand though, is what stops someone from getting 5 mates to all setup Starling accounts, chuck in a few quid ... setup TSB account, do the switch, chuck in £500 for a day or something and setup 2x £1 DD and get the bonus and then never use the account again ....0

The Halifax Reward Current account is changing. See below for full details. To get a £5 reward per month you need to keep £5000 in the account everyday. How does this now compare with other accounts?
We're making changes to Reward Current Accounts - they mean you need to tell us if you want to keep your Reward Current Account. If we don't hear from you, your account will change to a Current Account that doesn't charge a monthly fee or offer rewards. To help you decide which account is right for you, I’ve explained everything you need to know below. From 1st June 2020 we’ll be introducing a £3 monthly maintaining the account fee, which we won’t charge you if you pay in at least £1,500 each month. And instead of being able to earn a £2 monthly reward payment, we’re introducing Reward Extras. This gives you the chance to earn either £5 or a lifestyle benefit each month for 12 months, if you meet the following criteria. To get Reward Extras To qualify for Reward Extras each month, you need to pay in at least £1,500 and stay in credit. You also need to choose whether to earn £5 or a lifestyle benefit by either spending £500 or more each month using your debit card, or by keeping a daily balance of £5,000 or more in your account. The offer you choose is fixed for 12 months and you can't change it during this time. There’s more about this below and in the table on the back. Here's some information about the Reward Extras you can choose if you decide to keep your Reward Current Account: Three digital magazines a month, from a selection provided by Hearst, or Two digital movie rentals a month, from Rakuten TV, or One cinema ticket each month which you can use at any UK Vue Cinema, or Earn £5 each month

NB. There's a separate thread about the changes for the Reward account.0 -
Unable to find some old NatWest terms can you help. Back in mid march (last month) NatWest were doing a switch bribe of £175 which I took up and due to (I presume Covid 19) it has taken them till today (8/04/20) to complete the switch. I did everything they asked immediately.
I went back to their site to double check what I needed to do to make sure I fulfilled all the requirements to get the £175 only to find the bribe expired on the second of this month.
Unfortunately I assumed the terms would remain on the web and did not print them but I cannot find any sign of them now. Does anyone know where I can find a copy?
I have gone back over all the communications from them and nowhere did they mention the £175.
I can remember I have to deposit £1500 in the first few ??? days which I will do immediately.
I am particularly interested to know
1. Did I need to apply for the switch while the deal was available or did the switch have to be complete while the deal was still active and if they delayed it will I still get the £175.
2. When will I see the £175 in my account.
3. How many Direct debits out and or Direct debit payments in did I need to have set up or transfered.
4. What else do I need to do.
I knew when I looked at the conditions I could meet the demands but I can't remember what they were.

I’m currently have my current account with Santander as I hold a lot of cash in my current account, I’m looking to change as interest is dropping. I’m looking at Lloyd’s club? Is there any better?0

£5000 held in a Lloyds Club account earns an effective 1.2% which is hard to beat, provided you meet the conditions. Virgin Money are currently offering a current account paying 2% but only up to £1000; no conditions.1
