How long will this property website go on saving l the homeowners

Just had another peek on that tragic website, it really is now totally devoid of any ideas of where this mother of all property crashes is going to come from, I don't think that even they know anymore.
The world and UK economy is growing again, the government cannot afford public services anymore, NHS are bordering on crisis for example, so there is no money in the pot for building affordable housing. Now is probably as good a time as any to get into property or stay in that bedsit forever windy0 -
Just out of interest, does HPC ever appear and justify their stance in the mainstream media. I know that Jonathan Davis, think that was his name, spoke alone for them, and did it on an articulate and intelligent way I might add.
But now they seemed to have turned coward and only attack people by hijacking endless hidden comments boards where they go on mass.
Come on HPC, you have quite a following, have the guts to have your arguments tested in open debate0 -
HPC have predicted 30 out of the last 1 house price collapses. That's a 3000% success rate!!!!!!Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

I just started a list stator of all the reasons I can remember as to why they claim a property crash was imminent, but it is just too long to list here. Bird flu, Blair resignation, brown resignation, financial crash, Greece, Brexit, China problems, knock on effect from USA crash, and on and on and....... Brexit or no Brexit we are still left with millions of hard working eastern Europeans, immigration will not reach less than 100,000 per year for at least a decade and probably never will, and next to no houses will be built, are those die hards so stupid that they are going to pay my mortgages for most of their lives0

This is only for the men, and the message I would love to get across to the HPC cult, but of course they won't engage with the real world. What makes a man is being able to take care and home his family , not excuses about how unfair the world is and very soon someone or events will save them. That's why I am willing to bet that 90% of HPC are single men0

Wait for It, wait for it, Carillon is HPC latest and 1000th property crash trigger LOL0

Well to be fair they haven't produced anything decent since "Kayleigh"0 -
There is not a day that goes by where I am not laughing at the deluded housing market that HPC seem to be witnessing. It seems that there is now a ripple effect spreading the UK LOL0
