HPC has been sold at least once.
I am certain as I can be that the owners do.not want a real property crash and losses of revenue. They are well known for banning posters who suggest getting pro active on the so called housing crisis, that's the last thing they need, a property crash Best keep them addicted, ranting and raving for the next few decades about something they cannot change

Here was where the penny really dropped. Kindergarten level grasp of sentence formation, and of course the English language in general. A reference to how well known HPC is for banning posters - how many usernames do you have on that site now? And of course to top it all, a diatribe on how there will be no property crash and that it'll all carry on for a few decades to come.

Short of making a post saying I am Great Ape and I am going to also be posting as Triathlon from now on, it couldn't be more obvious. Enjoy your book. I look forward to the continued adventures of Great Ape and Triathlon :rotfl:

Seemed to have hit a nerve ☺ . Just saying it's good if these people wanting to save us from our lovely warm independent homes with loved ones in the background as they type away on HPC 24/7 in their dark bedsits trying on the odd chance when they meet with a woman that they have a plan where they will one day take over all the luxury housing as they yet again politely walk off to a man with some realistic prospects

You do realise punctuation marks are free, right?

I don't dislike them in any way my best guess is most the people on hpc simply have never been in a position to buy and as a result blame the market and find reasons to justify their position

It doesn't help that they ban any views that are positive for house prices.

I was actually a member of the hpc crew when I read some of my old posts I cringe. I was wrong about a lot of stuff but figured out my errors and got banned for being too positive.
  • He is very abusive isn't he Great LOL, and I never said anything about villas or women. I was in a lodge the other day in Bavaria with my partner, he is the envious and jealous type as well

Saying there is going to be a housing price crash is pointless, unless you have an idea how to tell roughly when it will crash then you're just like any other person offering their prediction. Could be right, could be wrong. Who knows.

There will be a stock market crash, there will come a time when the majority of the UK wishes they were in the single market, there will be a murder in albert square.

FWIW I bought just before the last "crash", I wish I'd bought ten years earlier. I'd probably have three paid off by now.

It isn't abuse it's just a silly man thinking he has figured out we are a double if it makes him happy so be it. Yes he does often come across as envious and hateful the sad part is he is envious and hateful towards fictional groups he creates in his mind

Still I wish him the best. People can change their views and habits.
As I said previously I was a member of hpc and a believer for quite some time.
I was very wrong about my views and due to the extreme confirmation bias and filtering on that site I was bearish on false data and interpretation. I got banned from that site after I figured out for myself that they were wrong about housing and the economy.

If your partner is an envious and jealous type, then why are you with him?
