The last couple of evenings I've had a baked potato with a sprinkling of cheese and carrot, courgette, cucumber, tomato and lettuce salad and some swiss chard with quick pickled red onions.
This evening it was mapo tofu with rice, carrot and coriander salad and cucumber and vinegar salad.

There's nothing like a random food raid after a couple of drinks. I've been confused many a time finding strangely cut chunks out of things.
One of the most odd post drink snacks i used to like was tinned green beans 😅

  • I hard boiled 3 eggs, once cold, peeled and halved, spread some garlic mayo over them. Served with salad and followed by fresh raspberries and a small blob of ice cream, went down a treat.

We were thinking of fish n chips tonight but it was too hot so hubby cooked up some pasta when it cooled down a bit as I've been busy stripping furniture today.  Hit the spot perfectly
