just picking tonight having a couple of drinks. so far a turkey drummer. My oh laughs when i dig in to something like a random tin of something later on. Although last weekend late i cooked pasta etc... anyway watch this space. Lunch was sausage sandwich and hm soup in soup maker using up veg.1

The last couple of evenings I've had a baked potato with a sprinkling of cheese and carrot, courgette, cucumber, tomato and lettuce salad and some swiss chard with quick pickled red onions.
This evening it was mapo tofu with rice, carrot and coriander salad and cucumber and vinegar salad.2 -

I hard boiled 3 eggs, once cold, peeled and halved, spread some garlic mayo over them. Served with salad and followed by fresh raspberries and a small blob of ice cream, went down a treat.2

I was lazy tonight, we had a sainsbury's curry ready meal. Which we ate in the garden with lager.2
