Oh has had some of the 'Shank Scouse' from the Freezer (Scouse made using the meat from cooked Ham Shank) and I've had Garlicky Mushrooms on Gluten Free Toast . Mushrooms needed using up but hadn't yet gone 'past their best' :T.0

Just me and daughter tonight, we had salmon with strirfry veg and noodles. And because husband was away we ate on our knees on the sofa.0

We have pheasant breast wrapped in bacon with cauliflower mash and asparagus.
I have also made a lamb and butternut squash coconut curry from the LO lamb roast for tomorrow night as I've got a busy day and want something quick to grab

OK, so I have a bit of leftover puff pastry. I am rolling out a square of that for each of us, covering each with chopped steamed spinach, a boneless skinless salmon fillet and a dollop of Aldi cream cheese plus seasonings then wrapping/eggwashing/baking them. To be served with steamed green beans, a nice yogurt for pud if wanted.0

Met DD2 and the oreo child Ikea for lunch and had a big salad and a bread roll (no butter) along with a cup of black coffee.
Supper this evening will be something from the freezer probably a veggie burger of some kind and oven chips and peas or pasta with garlic mushrooms depending on what we feel like.0 -
Made some stuffed chicken thighs for dinner tonight, stuffed spinach and then Light Pr*mula flavoured with garlic & mixed herbs and then wrapped in bacon. Also had roast potatoes, duchess potatoes (using up some LO mash from yesterday but not enough on it's own!), green beans & peas.

Had a 'chunk' of whoopsied Turkey in the fridge that needed using up today. Bought whoopsied packs of Stir-Fry and Beansprouts, cut the turkey into strips and we had a great Sweet Chilli&Garlic Turkey Stir-Fry .0

Just me and daughter again tonight, we had savoury pancakes, something my mother used to make for me when I was a child and we have every so often.
It's just mince, with onions, carrots, celery, a few cubes of potato in gravy served on top of pancakes.0 -
