    We're having duck wraps, which reminds me I need to take the duck out of the freezer.

    Tonight's dinner will be hm veggie quiche with new potatoes, some ham, hm coleslaw and salad.

    Have made some veggie burgers using TVP and haricot beans. Will have with sweet potato chips & baked beans.

  • Lunch today is the last of the butcher's bacon in a BLT roll. Dinner tonight will be chicken stir fry with loads of veg and noodles. Think I'll do some baking this afternoon, so a bakewell tart looks likely for pud.

    It's our anniversary tonight so it'll be steak, chips, onions & mushrooms. Really looking forward to it - haven't had steak for a long time.
