Weeelllll OH had pasta...yet again.
I 'cooked' some prawns, baby corn (tad freezer burnt) and mange tout in the lemongrass and ginger sauce - which was ok. However I tried some Merchant Gormet mixed grains and seaweed rice....lets just say I know why it was on offer _pale_ I'll eat most things but this was just yuk - so sadly half my dinner went in the bin and I just had a cheese and chutney sandwich. Other pack of rice will go off to the food bank, hopefully there's someone who will like it. I on the other hand can still taste the seaweed now :eek:
Tomorrow I'll prob have the other half of the sauce / prawns etc....with some more normal rice.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
