Thanks; Any comments on the pictures please?0

Yes, the first picture fails to state clearly what the charge is for not abiding by the contract terms.
One really has to read it closely to find the £85 mentioned.
Go to town on this in your PoPLA appeal.0 -

i recently won the popla against ECP due to signage and the charge is hidden in a wall of text

Thanks - this was my main point of appeal.
However, I notice most appeals seem to go with the kitchen sink (scatter gun) approach.
I just wondered how relevant it is to "tell a story" - e.g. the driver drove in and dropped off a passenger and waited (did not take up a parking spot, did not block traffic) - or should I just ignore any specifics and just go with "generalisations" such as the signs and then asking about landowner authority etc.
Thanks again.0 -

Not relevant at all.
Your 'story' says "the driver parked outside of a bay".
Probably not what you want to say.
My suggestion would be to use the tried and tested 'kitchen sink' approach.0 -
just finalising my appeal - I've taken some pictures of the payment machine. Nowhere on the payment machine does it mention the PCN charge. Given the PCN was issued against the driver for not having paid at all for the alleged parking stay - is this relevant or not? Should I just stick with the other warning signs in the car park?
Thank you.0 -
Include a picture of the wording on the pay machine.
Post your draft appeal here for checking before you submit it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
At the moment, I've only got three points - although the signage is very poor.....but advice on any other points much appreciated.
Will try to convert to PDF and put in google drive for viewing.
I have rather left it to last minute......sorry.....

Not the landowner
No standing to issue charges in their own name
Non POFA complaint NTK
Inadequate signage
Not the person who should be pursued
Use all the template points you can find in post 3 of the NEWBIES that are relevant.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0
