Great stuff. After all the forum input over the past 11 pages and 214 posts on the thread, please give us a more detailed report than 'claim was dismissed'. Especially as this is Premier Park who seem to be upping the court ante of late.
Which court, who was the Judge, was the PPC represented, what did they say, what occurred during the hearing, what did each party have to say, what did the Judge determine was sufficient to dismiss the claim.
All helps us to advise the next victim of this scam who will follow in your footsteps right through the coming year. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi, would appreciate any help you can give please.
Wish to appeal a PCN at university. This is the first ticket I received this morning. My questions are as follows:-
Do I go on the 1st parking website and give my reasons for appealing or do I write to First parking LLP? I understand if unsuccessful then I appeal to POPLA.
The PCN states time in car park 24 hours and 0 minutes, arrived 17th and departed 18th  . The driver did not stay there! Shift worker and was working the following morning. parked for 5 to 10 minutes.
Also whilst appealing my fine will not go to the full £60?
Any templates will be appreciated, and a quick response thank you :A0 -
Rose 15, its best you read the Newbies section on page 1 and start your own thread.0

Finally my outline of my morning in court.
Arrived in good time and had to wait about an hour.
PP had written to say there weren't attending and had provided a skeleton.
My skeleton was just for my reference on the day and referred to their points.
Judge was helpful and guided me through so only really had to answer and expand on points.
First point was landowner contract, followed by Grace periods and finally signage. Signage was the clincher... not lit and date stamped 12 months prior to their contract start date. I hadnt noticed this till fairly late on in this process so my advice to anyone would be look and look again. Dont take anything at 'face value'.
All in took about an hour but went really quickly, couldnt call which way it would go, so really pleased that i won.
Judge asked if i wanted expenses but i declined....it was never about the money, just the deception and lies.0 -
Well done again - which Court was this? Did you get the Judge's name?Signage was the clincher... not lit and date stamped 12 months prior to their contract start date. I hadnt noticed this till fairly late on in this process so my advice to anyone would be look and look again. Don't take anything at 'face value'.
Well spotted about the date of the signs.
