So nothing i can do other than attend with my Skeleton arguement.Has this happened with other cases? cant recall reading anything other than paper only requests at DQ stage.

PP Legal are the legal arm that the PP poster boasted about when they ventured into this forum last year, then when we said ''big wow, prepare to lose'' or words to that effect, they never posted again AFAIK.
But they or another PP poster allegedly used the company username, or another one, to send reportedly intimidating private messages to Andrew Gogun, trying to scare him.
You can bet your bottom dollar the PPC are reading this. High time they actually gave something back to Society, with a real job. It must be awful being involved in any parking firm, penalising people yet offering no worthwhile service at all to anyone, and generally being (as we would say here) a bullying waste of space with no honorable raison d'etre.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
