    I would give them the original, or make your copy and theirs, both 'signed originals'.

    Update, received witness statement and offer to settle which i ignored. Time i think for Skeleton.
    Court papers give date for trial fee and state that claim will be struck out if not paid by then.If this were the case would i be notified.

    Is there a cut off point to request strike out? Could email the court?
