B & H 3 piece gifty set being given a summer airing in Marie Curie at £4.99. Perhaps they don't think it'll survive another Christmas :-)

Can anyone recommend good charity shops in the Yeovil/Shaftesbury area? For an added challenge does anyone know any charity shops in this area where you can park outside?! I am taking my daughter away for a few days and due to illness she can't walk more than a few yards but she would love to have a mooch with me. She's been well trained and loves a charity shop bargain :)

I've had a look online so I have a list of charity shops but insider info would be really helpful. As my daughter can't wander round shops I want to make sure that if I leave her for a little while I am heading in the right direction!

    Thank you xxx

Will be taking five bags for life of baby clothes next time I go. Not mine, was given three times that much by a friend from her and her sister in law!

Have been through and taken what I want, rest to go to charity.

Handbag free ;-) in Worcester today.

    White Stuff tunic top

Sainsbury!!!8217;s long tshirt - wanted one so I can leave my trousers on the beach and run in the sea when we go on holiday.

St Richards Hospice so had their free voucher and went upstairs for my complimentary cup of tea.
I've had the vouchers but never actually been upstairs for coffee yet, is it nice? They can be a bit pricey in there but do have some good stuff. I spent so much once that I got a free hessian bag (I think you had to spend £20), but I did get outfits for 2 weddings including shoes, so I wasn't complaining

ooh I love Per Una, I seem to be magnetically drawn to their stuff so it's always great when it's actually in my size

It's either feast or famine with this chazza shop shopping isn't it?:o

Been to Otley this afternoon and arrived at the St Gemma's 99p shop just after the delivery van had been.:j Came away with an Autograph short sleeved cross-over fronted jersey dress in a neat black grey and pale pink pattern and also an M & S long floaty shirt-type top in a black and rose pink geometric pattern...£1.98 for both!

Popped into a charity shop this afternoon and bought myself a nice floaty long skirt and pair of smart trousers for work. Both excellent condition and £1.95 each. I spotted a Mantaray handbag for £6.95 - excellent condition, normally I'd snap it up but I had a word with myself and put it back. I don't need another handbag!

Good bargains, and good handbag resisting :D

It's ages since I've been round the main charity shops in town, I know my local one isn't the cheapest, might treat myself to a mooch tomorrow :D

Just off to do my weekly route march round the village.

Aldi, Tesco, Poundworld (sadly closing), end-of-line freezer/grocery shop, Iceland.
Barnados, Age UK, Hospice shop, Sue Ryder and a hopefully now-open local (I think) charity shop that closed down a few months ago and is reopening in new, much larger premises.
I have a bag of donations to drop off at the hospice shop.

I may be some time. ;)

'Fraid 'need' rarely comes into it where handybags are concerned for me. Wish I had your resolve! :T

I've always called it a village as our nearest 'big' place is a town but a quick Google shows it's a town. :o

Anyway, no charity shop bargains but I did buy a lovely brand new handbag mirror in a box for my friend's Xmas present from Sue Ryder.
It has flamingos on (her favourite) and will go with the Eco chic fold-up flamingo bag I've also bought.

And lots of good foodie buys from the various shops I've been in, although I have a challenge to get stuff into the freezer. :(
