I had one of those just now on the home screen for 75 SB, it turned out to be a tickbox one which I answered looking for the 1 SB for a DQ, instead it took less than 3 mins and gave me the 75 SB (mostly about xmas)

I've just got 100SB for being screened out of one of those! I didn't dare leave it until after 8am in case it disappeared - but there may be more, since my one seems a different one to your 75SB one. It's almost like the old days!
