it seems the 'community' part of the Facebook page has disappeared. I assume because nobody answers anything anymore!

ALWAYS ALWAYS screenshot your confirmation when you sign up anything - I even do it for surveys now a days if they don't credit straight away. SB need to see you have done it on the date you say you have and then put a ticket in. And I tend to put a ticket in within an hour of it not showing.

Somebody else pointed fb visitor posts are on the 'posts' page as is the 'search posts' box. It's been that way for ages though.

Re-check that initial acknowledge. Are they asking for you to confirm the information you have submitted is correct? If they have, reply saying yes and they credit usually within the next few hours.

I've sent SB the screen shots but apart from their auto acknowledgment I've nothing from them after a week. Will keep chasing

You're right. The 'community' button has weirdly disappeared for me but I can find it another way! So it seems it's still there!

Bizarre, I have never used it but checked just now and it is (still) there as it is for swagbucks USA - the change might be something FB are rolling out
