73SB survey for an in home usage test of sanitary towels. Paid the 73SB straight away and said it will send me a pack to test and then a second follow up survey (not sure how many swagbucks that will be for). Only took around 5mins to fill out.

I did play the casino slots - lost the whole £10 all bar 22p I had also sent screenshots with my initial ticket but got the same email as you asking for screenshots so I've just done a load more as well as screen shots of the paypal transaction and sent those off - hopefully that will be enough to get the 3000 SB bonus approved.

I have sent 8 screenshots in total to prove I completed the Gala offer - including my paypal deposit slip, and a screen shot of my chat with the gala host confirming my deposit and qualification for the offer. I've had another email today

I have no idea how I can comply with this as on the screen showing my transaction history there is no way to display my user name - it doesn't come up on screen and if I click the profile box to show its my account then the transaction history disappears - thats the way the Gala account seems to work its not something I can change. Has anyone managed to get a screenshot with their user name? I've now sent a further 5 screenshots showing the games I played and their names but that screen doesn't show my user name so I'm not sure if thats what they want or not.

I had a similar issue for a different gambling site offer and what I sent was accepted, but that was at least a year ago.
