I thought those bonuses counted towards the daily goal, but sadly I see was mistaken. I have earned my 4SB but it didn't go onto the goal total. Boooo.

I assume Swago bonuses also won't count? Too much to hope I could do all the link clicking then save submitting the board for a busy day with a high target.

IIRC they do.

(But you are correct about the others not counting towards the target goal.)

The profile questions at the side of the gold surveys (2Sb for 10 answers) count as an "attempt a gold survey" when you earn the 2 SB.

Anyone else experiencing a delay in ticket response? I submitted a ticket for lost credit over 7 days ago for the Gala bingo offer and they still haven't responded.

I just tried and can confirm - Ive been using SB for a couple of years and never knew this :eek::rotfl:

Lucky Swago counts towards the daily goal as they make no allowances for UK holidays.

I'm in the same boat, lodged the ticket last Monday, SB immediately asked for confirmation that they had interpreted the issue correctly, I responded and am waiting the final response.

I'm guessing that they have had loads of issues with the offer (I clicked last Saturday's Deal of the Day link) because users were required to spend real money to qualify for the award. I got the tenner (+ £1.25 winnings) back from Gala due to separate issue relating to the 200 free spins, so am not out of pocket; it's still irritating though!
