The requirement for the free spins is to play Casino slots not the normal ones - this is not at all clear. I wrote to Gala and they lodged £10 into my account as a gesture - I withdrew it.

Had a response to the ticket from SB this AM they want screenshots of my Gala account history showing the £10 spend, I will be able to oblige.
